I am happy to say that Livers' musical tastes have started to branch out. She now has a full four songs that she will listen to repeatedly. Her newest favorite is the Beach Boys song "God Only Knows." Jeremy found it on YouTube to watch, and every time we are in the kitchen we are greeted by cries of "Bee Chai" (my best representation of what it sounds like to have her pronounce Beach Boys).
While looking at this video J discovered another version of the song. It is by a student at some university in NYC who plays various songs on her ukulele. I must say, she is gosh darn talented! And entertaining to watch. Livers REALLY likes her version of "God Only Knows," and always cries for "girl!" so she can watch the video. I think my patience is wearing thin for the video, only because I have to watch it a dozen times a day. Here are some of our favorites of hers. Enjoy!
