
Monday: Pasta with Marinara Sauce; salad; garlic bread
Tuesday: Flat-iron steaks with mashed potatoes and baked carrots
Wednesday: Roasted Red Pepper Hummus wraps and Tabouli
Thursday: Indian Fried Chicken with mashed potatoes and vegetables
Friday: Corn Chowder*
Saturday: eat out
Sunday: leftover Corn Chowder and sandwiches
**We double the recipe so it lasts longer, but we also add a can of cream of cheddar + 1 can milk. It adds extra flavor to it. Also, we put cheddar cheese and bacon on top.
