
Monday: fend for yourself in the fridge
Tuesday: Papa John's $5.99 carry out special (cheaper than cooking and the whole fam will eat it)
Wednesday: Salmon (recipe TBD), steamed zucchini and squash, pasta sides
Thursday: Mama's Losin' It's fantabulous enchiladas, refried beans
Friday: Thursday leftovers
Saturday: steak, potatoes, butternut squash risotto (if I can find Arborio rice around here)
Sunday: eat out cheap

Woo Hoo! Set an extra plate for Wednesday and Thursday...mama's comin' over.
Papa John's is yummy too, but I don't want to over stay my welcome. :)
